Globe International Limited is a global producer and distributor specialising in purpose-built apparel, footwear and skateboard hardware brands for the boardsports, street fashion and workwear markets.
Brief: We were approached by Globe’s US art department to produce a skateboard decks series, which would draw upon visual mediums not previously seen in this category.
Idea: With a desire to bring the 2D nature of skateboard graphics to life, a series of 3D totems were sketched, hand sculpted, painted and photographed to create a visual depth, texture and authenticity.
